EE Graduation Application Download Site

We would prefer if you came to the EE Department to pick up these forms

but if this is not possible, students may now download the required graduation application
and the required additional EE/COE forms.


All COE students must apply for graduation the semester BEFORE their semester of graduation. This is earlier than the rest of the University.
ALL students who have applied for graduation MUST be enrolled for a minimum of two credit hours the semester of graduation.

Deadline Dates for EE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS and EE GRADUATE STUDENTS
IN THE COURSE WORK and PROJECT OPTIONS.
Fall Graduation: due in the EE office by July 15 ** (Due COE: 08/01)
Spring Graduation: due in the EE office by November 01 ** (Due COE: 11/15)
Summer Graduation: due in the EE office by March 15 ** (Due COE 04/01)
Graduate Students in the Thesis or Ph.D program ONLY - *MUST* return their
Graduation application to EE by the Dates below! No Exceptions!
Late applications will NOT be accepted!
Format Check Deadlines and Graduation application deadlines are basically the same.
If you will not meet the format check deadlines, do NOT apply for graduation! If you have not submitted your thesis to the graduate school for the format check, your application will be denied in the EE Department.
September 1st for Fall (December) Graduation
January 12th for Spring (May ) Graduation
May 10th for Summer (August) Graduation

  5. Link to EE Undergraduate program and previous check-off sheets.

All students MUST turn in forms 1 and 2.
Use the supplemental form if applicable.
Contact the Department if you have questions.
Make copies of all forms for your records.

EE GRADUATE STUDENTS:

Master or 5-year students must return all 3 of the above forms (2,3,4). Doctoral students must return the first two forms (2,3). If you have not completed the following forms for the method of your graduation, do so now. It is the student's responsibility to obtain their major professor's signature for all thesis/project/dissertation applications. After you have obtained your major professor's signature, students MUST return the forms to the EE Graduate Program Assistant so the Department signature can be obtained.

Course Work Option students will give their graduation forms to the EE Graduate Program Assistant (the semester BEFORE graduation) who will obtain departmental signatures. Make Copies of all graduation materials.
