Research includes active device and passive component modeling to improve predictability in CAD simulations, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) design and characterization, advanced microwave measurement techniques, and RF/microwave applications of MEMS (micro electromechanical systems). Other research is concerned with antenna, propagation and system studies for weather sensing, automotive sensors and wireless communications.
