The mission of the Electrical Engineering Department is to provide internationally recognized educational programs; to conduct and disseminate internationally recognized research benefiting humanity; to provide service to society; and to emphasize the need for lifelong learning, ethical conduct and an understanding of the diverse societal context in which engineering is practiced.
Objectives:
1.
To provide our graduates with the knowledge and skills that are necessary for them to gain employment and establish a career as an Electrical Engineer.
2.
To provide our graduates with the knowledge and skills that are necessary for them to be accepted into graduate programs and to complete graduate degrees.
 
    ::  Announcements ::
 >>  All classes with low enrollment for the FALL 2009 term, will be cancelled on July 10th with no exceptions of reopening. Register now if you want to make sure your classes do not get cancelled.
 >>  Students needing a second math course this summer to meet graduation requirements can take ESI-5219 Engineering Statistics from UCF FEEDS
 >>  New! Graduate Track in Biomedical Systems is offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering.
